FLOOD WARNING

THE NATIONAL WEATHER WATCH CENTER HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING WITH EFFECT FROM 05:00 HRS UNTIL 09:00 HRS WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 23, 2020.

Flood Warning is in effect for Areas of Regions 2-8.

A Flood Warning means that Flooding is either occurring or will occur at any moment during the warning Period.

Current Conditions: Overcast Skies are being observed over these Areas with continuous moderate to heavy Showers and continuous Rain.

Expected Conditions:

Mostly Cloudy to Overcast Skies are expected with Continuous Rain and possible Thundershowers over Regions 2-8. Rainfall during this Period is expected between 45.0 mm to 90.0 mm. Conditions are expected to deteoriate during the early Morning Hours with mostly overcast Skies, heavy and continuous Rain.

Severe Weather Warnings: Areas of heavy showers/Rain and Thundershowers, Persons are advised to exercise precautionary Measures, given that the Soil may have reached saturation and additional Rainfall may result in Water Accumulation and Flooding in these Locations. Hilly Areas may experience Landslides.
