CCJ TOMORROW WILL ISSUE ITS JUDGEMENT DELIVERY FOR AN APPEAL FROM GUYANA ABOUT AN ELECTION PETITION CASE

The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) will tomorrow Wednesday,October 19th,2022 deliver it’s Ruling on Vice President Dr.Bharrat Jagdeo, and Attorney General Mr Anil Nandlall’s Appeal against a Decision of the Court of Appeal of Guyana, in which it held that it had Jurisdiction to hear an Election Petition dismissed for improper Service.

Tomorrow at 10:00 AM AST, the Caribbean Court of Justice will commence with the issuing of it’s Judgment delivery for this Case of Appeal from Guyana, which questioned the Guyana Court of Appeal’s Jurisdiction to hear an Election Petition Matter.
