FIRE CONSUMED HOUSE AT MORA CREEK IN BARTICA TOWN REGION SEVEN

Sunday October 23rd, 2022 at around 20:30 Hours, Fire of an unknown origin consumed Heliger’s House located at Mora Creek, Mazaruni River, Greater Bartica Town, Region Seven.

A subsequent Visit by this Online News Agency to the Scene , revealed that this Area is also accessable over land, through a forested Trail about 400 Meters in Distance, from the Bartica Secondary School’s Dormitories Compound Location, on the West Secondary School Housing Scheme, Main Road.

The Trail from there, to the Scene of the Fire, is not suited for normal On-Road Vehicular Traffic, also there is no Electricity and Water Supply to this Area. The Scene of the Fire is also surrounded by about 100 Meters of swampy ground Conditions.

An Eyewitness who resides in proximity to the Scene of the Fire , however related to this Online News Agency, that a Female and a Child, were in the Building Cooking before the Fire commenced to consume the Building, however they managed to safely flee from the burning Building.

A subsequent Visit also to the Bartica Town’s Fire Station, for further relatively formal Informational guidance, about this unfortunate occurrence was also futile.
