MALE BARTICAN GRANTED BAIL ON RAPE CHARGE

26 Years old Yusuf Hinds of Lot 122,West Secondary School Housing Scheme, Bartica Town,Region Seven has been accused of raping an underage Girl between October 1st, 2022 and October 27th, 2022.

A Statement from the Police also stated that Yusuf Hinds was charged, and appeared before the Bartica Town Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 where the Charge was read to him. He was not required to plead to the indictable Charge, and was placed on $150,000 Bail.

The Matter was adjourned until November 21st, 2022.
