REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF REGION SEVEN RDC COLLABORATED WITH LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS FOR A CLEAN UP EXERCISE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARTICA REGION SEVEN

On Saturday November 12th, 2022 the Regional Administration of Region Seven’s RDC., collaborated with Regional and Local Stakeholders to undertake a “clean- up” Exercise around the Commercial Area,of Central Bartica Town,Region Seven.

REGIONAL POLICE DIVISION NUMBER SEVEN & GDF PEOPLE’S MILITIA TEAMS

The Exercise for Bartica Town, Region Seven, was a part of last Saturday’s National Enhancement Exercise
being advocated through His Excellency President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali’s Vision for a clean, and Litter-free One Guyana.

REGIONAL STAKEHOLDERS TEAMS IN CENTRAL BARTICA TOWN

Bartica Town’s Exercise was spearheaded by Regional Police Division Number Seven’s Commander, Senior Superintendent Mr. Dion Moore, and other Police Ranks from the Division. The Exercise commenced around 06:00Hrs., last Saturday,November 12th,2022, from the Cenotaph Square, at First Avenue and Third Street, and then encompassed the Areas of First to Fifth Avenues, and from First to Eight Streets, Bartica Town, Essequibo River, Region Seven.

Notable Participants in this Exercise were Regional Commander, Senior Superintendent Mr.Dion Moore, Deputy Regional Commander Deputy Superintendent Mr. Oswald Pitt, and Ranks from the Division,Ranks from the GDF People Militia BarticaTown’s Chapter, the Mayor of the Municipality of Bartica Mr. Gifford Marshall and his Staff, Regional Executive Officer Mr. Kerwin Warde, Regional Prime Ministerial Representative Mr. Ewing Ward, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gillian Jardine and Staff of the BarticaTown’s Regional Public Hospital, with the Administrative Staff for the Regional Democratic Council of Region Seven.

REGIONAL WOMEN STAKEHOLDER TEAM WITH POLICE RANKS.

The Regional Stakeholders, for Region Seven continues to be unwavered with advocacy Programs aimed at encouraging Residents in the Municipality of Bartica, and Region Seven by extension, to desist totally from Littering. The Regional Stakeholders for Region Seven also continues to implore of all Residents in Region Seven to effect also their civic responsibility too, by constantly cleaning, and keeping their surroundings safe, by disposing of all disposable Materials in a hygenically organized, and Environmental Friendly Manner, especially in the Municipality of Bartica, Region Seven.
