RELATIVE TO LAND SURVEYOR MURDER GOLD MINERS APPEARED THIS MORNING IN THE BARTICA TOWN MAGISTRATE COURT
Relative to an alleged Murder committed on the “Gauna Sand” Trail in the Cuyuni Number Four Mining District, Region Seven,Two Gold Miners who are Brothers appeared in the Bartica Town Magistrate’s Court this Morning, Wednesday, December 28th,2022.
Twenty Nine Years old Randell Layne also known as ” Short Man ” of Lot 500 Goed Intent, West Bank Demerara
and Twenty Six Years old Mario Moses of Lot 500 Goed Intent, West Bank Demerara,
both appeared in the Bartica Town Magistrate’s Court this Morning Wednesday, December 28th,2022 at around 09:30 Hours,
before presiding Magistrate Madame Crystal Lambert , where the Charge of an alleged Murder committed on Ricky Ambrose, which occurred on Sunday, December 18th , 2022 on the Guana Sand Trail,Cuyuni, Region Seven in the County of Essequibo, was read to them both.
They were not required to plead, and were both remanded to Prison until the Date of the 31st of January, 2023 for Statements.
