MALE BARTICA TOWN RESIDENT BUSTED WITH GANJA

Kevin Joseph, a 27-Years-old Male Resident of Bartica Town, now remains in Police custody after he was busted with 99 Grams of suspected Cannabis, to which he has admitted ownership.

The Man was busted during an Intelligence-led Operation spearheaded by an Assistant Superintendent of Police, at a Shop located on Fourth Avenue, Bartica Town, Region Seven at around 13:00Hrs., on Monday, February 6th, 2023.

During the Operation, the Ranks observed the 27-Years-old Man next to the Shop where they also discovered a Black bulky Plastic Bag, upon examination further, Several transparent Plastic Bags containing a Quantity of Leaves, Seeds, and Stems, suspected to be Cannabis Sativa were found.

The Man then, under Caution, admitted to ownership of the suspected Narcotics . He was apprehended, and escorted to the Bartica Town’s Police Station, where the suspected Narcotic was weighed in his presence, and amounted to 99 Grams.

The Bartica Town’s Police are still continuing with their Investigations into this occurrence.
