POLICE DISCOVERS FIREARM AND AMMUNITION AT BARAKAT BACKDAM REGION SEVEN

Police Ranks from Regional Police Division Number Seven,whiles on Patrol, at around 11:25Hrs., on Friday, February 17th,2023 received Information as to the Location of a Firearm in the Barakat Backdam.

The Party of Police Ranks as a result then went to an abandoned Camp, and conducted searches in it’s immediate surroundings.

During these searches a 4” PVC Pipe was seen, a Police Rank then found a 12 Gauge Shotgun along with Ten matching Cartridges, wrapped in a Salt Bag stashed inside the Pipe. There was no Serial Number or Maker’s Name visible on the Weapon. Signs of recent Activities were also observed about the Area. No Arrest was made however Investigations are in progress.
