SHOP BROKEN INTO LAST NIGHT IN THE WEST INDIAN HOUSING SCHEME WARD OF BARTICA TOWN
A Shop, located in the Bartica Town’s, West Indian Housing Scheme Ward, was broken into last Night.
The Female Owner of the Shop, is still yet assessing the total value of Items, that are now missing, from her Shop along with Cash. She reportedly had safely secured her Shop last Evening , before retiring into her dwelling.
This Morning however, Thursday, March 9th, 2023 at around 5:30 Hours after she had awoke, and was attempting to enter into her Shop, she discovered that the main Door for the Shop was opened with it’s Locks missing. She is also claiming that it was only yesterday that she had stocked up her Shop with a Quantity of Items, and most of these Items are now missing along with the Cash.
Residents are also now alleging that recently, they saw a light complexion Male acting suspiciously around the said Area, however so far, no one from within proximity of the said Area, has reported about observing any unusual Activity around the said Area last Night.
It was also too earlier reported that last Sunday, another Shop located along the Byderabo Back Road Area,was broken into, and a Quantity of Items, and Cash also too went missing, this said Shop allegedly also suffered the same faith, on the previous Sunday.
Residents are now calling on others to be more careful, vigilant and to also share vital information further, that will aid in ridding the normally peaceful Municipality of Bartica of the source or sources responsibile for these Criminal Acts.
